Essential Wellness Centerhas specialized fitness programs designed to keep the body athletic, strong, and injury free. We are not a traditional fitness club, but a wellness center that promotes fitness with some fitness classes available.

Individual Sessions
A very person-centered approach is used with individuals in which the client identifies the main areas of concern, and is encouraged to take an active role in determining which approaches are best suited for his or her individual needs and goals based on the work in our manual therapy, chiropractor, and/or relaxation massage sessions. In Yoga, the practitioner specifically designs a vinyasa around your areas of need in a short basic flow. Recommended for Acute Care Plans. A restorative yoga approach is also available for a more gentle still practice.
