Dr. Erica Steele sits down with Doula Leslie Cuffee to discuss the role of a doula in Natural Childbirth. Leslie Cuffee is an affiliate of Essential Wellness Center and provides emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and delivery. She also provides Comfort measures, breathing, as well as positioning and is a natural/normal birth advocate for our prenatal, perinatal patients.

Thank you Erica, for helping teach our community more about Doulas. Leslie Cuffee is adored by the clients she has helped and is a huge asset to women and families here. More and more women are using doulas which means they are having more positive birth experiences.

I am happy to have interviewed her and presented how doulas can be an asset to any health care team. Natural childbirth is such an important aspect to complete natural health and often women are unfamiliar with their options to fulfill their desires.
